My Time At B2W

 My time with B2W.

I began the B2W courses on the 5th of August, 2024. The first day mostly consisted of inductions, meeting the tutor and going through the Virtual Learning Environment, or VLE. We talked about the courses that we would be doing, which is the Level 1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre, Level 1 Award in Cyber Security and the Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills. We discussed the rules we must following whiles attending the online course as well as talked about British Values. I got fully into the course the following day and starting with the first unit in the Level 1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre. This course was mostly easy and the tutors were great with helping me through the course, and answering and questions that I struggled with. It was not much of a struggle though, as I used to a lot of IT terms and understand the ins and outs of tech and using a PC. We followed through the course fairly seamlessly and ended up starting the next course the following week. The Level 1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre was quite a short course and I blasted through it fairly quickly. There were a couple questions I did not understand and one question that was sent back to me by one of the tutors. I had to look back at the work i did and make the adjustments that the tutor commented on. After we completed the second course, we began the third, which we are currently on. This course is slightly more challenging, but not too much of a challenge. With this course, we have been told that we will not receive much help form our tutors as this is somewhat of a main course, compared to the first two. At the moment, I would say it is going rather well. The first few questions are quite easy to understand and the teachers are doing the best they can to help us without doing too much. I hope that at the end of the entire course, which I believe is this week, I would be able to get to the next steps of my job applications and finally land a job. It is the main reason that I applied for the job and I am looking quite forward to it. Overall, I would say the course had been a good one. It is not the hardest, the tutors, Mr. Robert Clarke and Mrs. Tina Bottger are really nice and helpful, and it is all done at the comfort of your home.
