My Time At B2W
My time with B2W. I began the B2W courses on the 5th of August, 2024. The first day mostly consisted of inductions, meeting the tutor and going through the Virtual Learning Environment, or VLE. We talked about the courses that we would be doing, which is the Level 1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre, Level 1 Award in Cyber Security and the Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills. We discussed the rules we must following whiles attending the online course as well as talked about British Values. I got fully into the course the following day and starting with the first unit in the Level 1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre. This course was mostly easy and the tutors were great with helping me through the course, and answering and questions that I struggled with. It was not much of a struggle though, as I used to a lot of IT terms and understand the ins and outs of tech and using a PC.
